Sunflowers 2009 – Peeking Through
The Sunflower fields 10 minutes from my house are starting to peak now and my buddy Steve had an unexpected weekend at home, so we snuck out there this morning on a spur of the moment shoot. We arrived well after sunrise, spilled breakfast in the gravel parking lot, but still managed to pull off an awesome photo shoot.
Great colors, awesome blooms, and partially filtered light equated to a great photo op. I’ll post more from the 550+ images later in the week.
If you’re in the area, I encourage you to drop by this large field before the blooms are gone–it’s truly a sight to see.
